Precautions for Changing Hydraulic Oil and Gear Oil in Truck-Mounted Cranes

2022-04-15

Use anti-wear hydraulic oil for truck-mounted cranes: YB-N46 (GB11119-89) hydraulic oil [Use YB-N32 (GB11119-89) in cold regions].

Use anti-wear hydraulic oil for truck-mounted cranes: YB-N46 (GB11119-89) hydraulic oil [Use YB-N32 (GB11119-89) in cold regions].

Note:

Do not mix with other grades of oil during refilling, as this will accelerate hydraulic oil degradation.

(1) Hydraulic Oil Change Interval

Change oil once within the first 3 months after factory delivery. Thereafter, change oil annually.

The above oil change interval assumes regular replacement of oil filters as specified.

If oil contamination becomes excessive, replace (or filter) the oil immediately—even before the scheduled change—and do not replace the oil filter.

(2) Truck-Mounted Crane Oil Level

Check the oil level when the crane is in operation. The oil level must be between the H and L marks.

Use industrial gear oil N320 (GB5903-86) for the crane.

Note:

When refilling oil, never mix with other grades of oil, as this will accelerate oil degradation.

(3) Truck-Mounted Crane Gear Oil Change Interval

Change the oil once during the first month after delivery. Subsequent oil changes will accelerate oil degradation.

Note:

If the oil becomes severely contaminated, change it immediately, even if the scheduled change interval has not been reached.
